It would be useful to have more control over scheduling when System Updates - such as agent updates that require a reboot - take place at the customer device. At present there is a time window with start and end times. One customer has suggested adding an "at login" option that would allow for the interruption to be imposed before the used gets started with their day and into the middle of things.


  • This would be very useful in our Law Firm environment. Having no control over exactly when the update applies is an issue especially if it interrupts services or causes other issue as the 11.3.2A update did when it locked the system dues to a conflict with our encryption system.

  • In addition to the "at login" option, it might also be useful to have options for "at logout" or "on shutdown".
