There are numerous process service email mailboxes but none have access to Secure Messaging Gateway. Our clients send emails to these these mailboxes and are often blocked, but there's no insight as to when, why, or what triggers it. With access, we can whitelist them and continue working without opening Service Tickets requests to get them whitelisted.


  • We (my customers) need this too. As SMG is now a MF product it would be good to have a tighter integration with GroupWise (the works better with method).
