With the new Groupwise 18 Windows Client, the mailbox list in detail mode switches from one line (Text) to two line (HTML) depending on the contents of the email in the QuickViewer window. It is most annoying and double my work to clear unwanted email when I have to read two lines instead of 1.

The only way around it is to set the view mode to text and then manually switch email I want to see to HTML.Surely this is a bug, or the dumbest idea I've ever seen in 20+ years of using Groupwise

Suggestion. Be able to format the mailbox in detail mode to single line irrespective of the email being displayed whether text of HTML
