As of current, if the users wanted to know what they had filled into the workflow form during the workflow request, they are required to check out the Request History and the information displayed is depending on how we put our information into "Logging" activity.

A lot of users are complaining that the information displayed is not user friendly and difficulty for the user to trace what they had submitted.

It is great that if the workflow form that submitted and completed and be viewed exactly as how it was submitted. Customer had complaining that there is no better way for them to trace back the submitted request.
